Ah ok so I see it only works if I go to the hairdressers and get the shape up haircut. Is there no way to have the neck tattoo replace one of the neck tattoos so I can get it in the tattoo shop and use it with all haircuts and beards?
Sorry I'm extremely new to the GTA modding scene so pardon my ignorance but I haven't downloaded any other visual mods if that's what you are asking? Just script stuff mainly, some alternative weapon models and sounds and Visual V. And as for Visual V I just downloaded it using the package installer in Open IV.
@Wolfx101 Thank you! I went from a rock solid 60fps before installing this mod to feeling like it was tanking in places so I stuck Fraps on and I was losing sometimes 15 or more FPS. Strangely when I drove my car through downtown it was fine but when I got out and walked (outside Lester's garment factory) it tanked. I have i5 6600 3.9 GHZ Palit GeForce GTX 1080 (8GB) and 32GB Ram

When I try to put these on in game it defaults to trousers, won't let me wear them with shorts. Am I missing something? Otherwise awesome mod

I did the GeForece Experience optimiser and I'm not at maxed settings but I am playing at 4k which obviously takes a massive toll...

Game has started crashing on launch since I installed this, I select story mode and it crashes while loading, help!
