@Rozay223@azzman_01 this file still works. I just figured out why I walk through the ground. If you're using mpmapfixes or spfixes in your mods it will conflict and make you not be able to enter.
Tried both files available for SP, there's a regular folder and another one to extract. I fall through the map entering the parking lot. I'll follow to see if there's any updates. Still will be nice to use.
Its just apart of how everyone’s mod is that’s done this lately, but if anyone has any suggestions or a fix for this mod for the mp freemode male & female both to stop shooting with the additional left hand still please let me know.
Off topic @KassiteR which scripthookvnet volume are you using that allows you to still run your game? I see modders keep dropping files/releases but a lot of us can't even play the game currently due to scripthookv not working with the current scripthookvnet files

My levels> gta5> folder has popcycle.dat but doesn't have a relationship.dat file do you just install it here or does it go somewhere else?
