How come when this vehicle is damaged, it gives birth to another vehicle?

@JustDancePC If I could be allowed to make a suggestion, would it be possible to include armed robberies (engaging bank/convenience store robbers), and disturbance (a suspect attacking an NPC with fists or melee weapons)? Thanks. Amazing mod.
