K nvm i fixed it. clean installed gta and all mods.
I used this mod a few updates go before the whole modding scare thing happened. Came back to GTA this evening and updated all my mods including this one. The menu opens fine and i can change the values and load my preset from however long ago, but nothing changes on the car itself. Am I missing something?

I've seen people like @nicknak112 saying to just edit the SDK to allow the new version.. Which line is it that I need to change?
