When playing on controller, if you press the left bumper while flying to yaw left, this mod plays the audio for opening weapons bays repeatedly because it thinks you're changing weapons, even though it's not actually changing weapons. @rechkunov I could record a video, but it won't really show anything productive. Under the Settings>Keybinds tab in-game, if I try to assign something, the button inputs do not register. I.e. the empty bar just keeps flashing. Under Gamepad, if I click Gamepad Calibration, it asks to press a button on the controller to be calibrated, and no matter what on the HOTAS i press, nothing happens. I've considered trying to use Xinput but according to what ive seen online it doesn't work. There are some xbox 360 controller emulators I'm going to try to use, though
@rechkunov Unfortunately it doesn't pick up non-xbox/ps controllers, so something like this: https://www.amazon.com/Thrustmaster-T-Flight-Hotas-4-playstation/dp/B07DLKVKD5 doesn't get picked up. I was wondering if it would be possible to make some sort of script that can translate these inputs to something the game can understand?
My discord is hopoffZ#0101. I'm wondering if it's possible to create an open-ended keybind changing mod that would allow me to use my HOTAS (throttle + joystick) to fly in this game. Will pay handsomely, add me if you're interested
