@DirtyMub when you first load the map drive to the front entrance and drive on those blocks then go to the rv hookups and drive on that then it should load at least it does for me
@SLY95ZER not really, most ymaps don't cause much of an FPS drop. I have this, Forests Of San Andreas, along with some other ymaps and get well above 60fps

the thing that worked for me is going into mods/update and delete update2.rpf then go to the same path outside of mods folder and add it back into mods folder. also using this gameconfig

@acapwhuut according to Eleven (the comment above mine) it should still work as Add-on no matter what.
