@QuietCamaro Yes, this is a bug i listed in the description. It's caused by Uraniom's stitching the head model onto Franklin's body model, and it has gone quite wrong however there is nothing i can do to counter this and you'll just have to look past it. However the rest of the head model is quite high detail in my opinion, unfortunately the neck area is a huge con which overshadows the rest of the model. If it bothers you too much you can apply the firefighter outfit which hides the neck.
@QuietCamaro Please explain? There's nothing i can do with such vague criticism. I hope you understand that my tools are very limited as i do not own Zmodeler which means i created this in Uraniom instead, which does all the stitching and facial animations on it's own. Furthermore the detail of the head and texture of such on it's own is on par with the standard pedestrians found in the game by Rockstar themselves, other than the absence of a normal map, which i was not able to apply because of the limited tools i had to work with. However i am not great in creating screenshots and it may look better or worse in your own game. Thanks

Or, you can put the files into x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpeds_players.rpf\player_one .
However do make a backup if you do it this way.
