New update
- Fixed the "kneecap" option in the ini being useless, now if it's false it really won't work.
- Fixed peds not being knocked down during fist fights, now they will fall once their health reaches the knockdown threshold

@Xzrvde You can, the homies just have randomized weapons and some times they ain't carrying something small (Homies with an AK ain't going to do a drive by) once you recruit a homie, pull out a weapon, so they can pull out theirs, and see what they have.
@loushotta You think this might be people using the MENYOO license plate in all the cars? I have yet to have problems with saving anything, shit I even save submarines, and bycicles, these vehicles don't have visible plates, but they actually do for the game's system
