@MrSupercar55 Over time. The deal is, we put the money up front, then Mexico pays for it (indirectly) through trade tariff's. The point is, tax payers will be paying for the wall but the country will be saving billions because of illegal immigrants using our social programs and hospitals, causing states to raise taxes. Bill Clinton wanted to do this in 1996 but we don't hear about that on the news, nope.
