This is the M14 (tier 3) marksman rifle from The Division 2.
How to Intall for singleplayer:
Go in OpenIV and go to:
update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday2ng\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\weapons.rpf\
Then drag and drop the YDR and YTD files in the weapons.rpf
How to install: **FiveM**
Go into your FXServer then go into
cfx-data-managment/resources/whatever your custom gun files called/stream/make a folder called whatever you like/drag and drop all the files in

Great work, but the barrel chanver must be in the right side, may be you can try flip the mesh
