DiRTY LandRush V is a map modification originally developed for GTA IV by stilldre and has now been converted to GTA V in all its glory.

It is advised to install the No Waves during Clear Weather 2.0 mod by Morgesan to remove the intense water waves overlapping the map: https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/no-waves-during-clear-weather

just looking at your video, I'd suggest placing it higher above the sea, floating so to speak
so we don't have to edit water to remove the waves
but haven't installed yet, maybe just setting a calm sealevel is sufficient?
