The Map Is Located On The Right Side Of Sandy Shores On The Beach Heading Towards Grapeseed. (Look In The Screen Shots)
Changelog:
V 1.1: Release
V 1.2: Added Lights, Bar, Weight Section, More Decertation Items ETC. Fixed A Couple Buggs Aswell.
V1.3: Fixed Main Glitches And Windows.
Requirements:
1. OpenIV
2. Bob74_ipl | If Props Are Not Loading In You Might Have To Force Load The Props With This Resource: Bob74_ipl
Instructions For SP:
1. Download The File And Go To The "SP" Folder
2. Open "OpenIV" And Put It In Edit Mode
3. Go To Mods/Update/x64/dlcpacks Put The BSSH Folder In This Directory
4. Go To update/update.rpf/common/data/dlclist.xml
5. Put dlcpacks:/bssh/ At The Bottem
6. Load Up GTA 5 And Enjoy!
Instructions For FIVEM:
1. Download The File And Unzip.
2. Drag The BSSH Folder Into Your Resources Folder
3. Ensure The Resource In Your server.cfg And Put "Ensure BSSH"

@bazookaa hey, just a few questions:
1) do peds and cars spawn here
2) is the second requirement also for SP?
@Michael21107 1. There might be peds spawned on the chairs and i believe there is no cars that spawn. 2. Im not fully sure I don't use SP, But im pretty sure it will all spawn in SP.
@bazookaa gotcha, any chance to populate the mansion more (like the Epsilon center is) and make some car(s) spawn in the driveway and fix the ''Little Glitching With Floor And Windows''?
@Michael21107 I haven't populated any of my YMAPS but i could try for sure, and yeah i can fix the glitches here and there iv'e been busy with creating more YMAPS and getting MLO'S out

@bazookaa hey dude what is the prop you're using for the driveway, floor and dock. I want to use it in my maps but i cant figure out what u used lol
@scarredface1017 I used "prop_temp_block_blocker" and also lay carpets on top of those blocks to make sure no cars go through.

Nice place, wish it had working TVs and radio ;) More seriously, the SP version still has glitching floors and textures, and sometimes peds are stuck halfway through the floor.
This is so nice it just might inspire the design of my real life dream house. Although I would add 50% dark tinting to the upper panels of glass, and leave the lower ones clear. And put a half-hex backwall (like a black privacy partition) around the back of the gamer desk to block out the light.
