Solar Cottage is a rustic and ultra detailed three bedroom family residence with a large kitchen diner, two living rooms and three bedrooms.
Its located in Vinewood hills just by the stadium. The house has large grounds and is a great new addition to your characters house collection!
The house is detailed but any improvments which are valid are always welcome! Thank you in advance for the likes and ratings!

To make sure this mod works 100% with no missing props, it is crucial you install the following-
1) Latest ScriptHook V
2) Latest ScriptHook V .NET
3) OpenIV program
4) Latest Map Builder
5) Latest Map Editor
6) Unlock-all-objects version 1.0 (Needs to be 1.0 NOT 1.1)
MUST HAVE MAP BUILDER + MAP EDITOR IF MAP IS NOT FULLY LOADING!
***Please do not rate the mod low because It does not work for you. You are rating the mod not how you load it! If you follow all instructions and it still doesn't work let me know and I can try and assist. Thank you***

2) Play GTA game

5) Go to the area on the map where the cottage is located and ENJOY!

@81M Hey man, great mod. I just have one problem though. I added this on my autoload maps and it loaded very well but when I converted it to YMAPS, some parts are missing.

@81M Very nice new house i love all of them! I have some problems with the manor tesso its very nice but the 1st floor isnt working and some objects are missing also roof walls is it unfinished or am i doing some wrong? Thx for your great work!
