Requires: https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/mp-vehicles-in-sp as well as a trainer to spawn in the DLC cars.
Adds the power hop and parachute features to all* Import/Export DLC cars:
Armoured Boxville
Comet Retro Custom
Ramp Buggy
Elegy Retro Custom
Itali GTB + Custom
Nero + Custom
Penetrator
Specter + Custom
Tempesta
Wedge
Wastelander
*Does not add the features to cars which already have other abilities e.g. Rocket Voltic (unless using alternative version which may be buggy)
To install, copy vehicles.meta file to:
mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/mpimportexport/dlc.rpf/common/data/levels/gta5
1.0: Initial release
1.1: Added optional 'alternative' version to add the features to cars which have other abilities (Blazer Aqua, Technical Aqua, Rocket Voltic)

@Richie01 If you mean from the DLC, I'll have a look - just worried because there will be conflicts with the controls (Voltic uses the horn for rocket boost for example).
@Richie01 Uploaded Version 1.1 which adds the power hop and parachute to the Blazer Aqua, Technical Aqua and Rocket Voltic - pending admin approval.
I think that some cars should already have it

Did you find a way to fix the lack of audio in SP, or the fact that the parachute doesn't close when a colision occurs?

@Frazzlee Exactly. We just need to figure out the native that removes the parachute and we should be golden.
Personally, I think the hardest part is getting the recharge sound working correctly. Also the script needs to be smart so when mods like this add vehicles with jumping and parachutes that aren't the Ruiner 2000, it will work. I also hope that it can be an asi as NET scripts are resource hogs.
@nkjellman yes, some vehicle need to be exempt, and yes especially NativeUI, though I'm not sure of problem is in SHVDN or scripts themselves
@nkjellman how about trying to add (somehow) ruiner sound files to eg: penetrator sound files?
maybe it depends on the sound files , for example lets take a look at lectro
it has its own nitro sound in engine files
if you would edit it then vindicator (the same bike) would have original sound while the lectro would have modded one
In short try adding some of ruiner sound banks to other car sounds , then try the parachute

Can you do A Ruiner 2000 Parachute fix in single player? Only for ruiner 2000 would be cool like parachute is behaviour weird in single player.... when spawned
