probably the most optimised and real life enb, specially in night, i suggest to use it with quantv.

@Wanted188 it doesnt rely on any mod bro i updated files and replaced with stock enb
before i try this out how do i make sure it functions with vol clouds i know it replaces part of the enb so i didnt want to lose the clouds but i want to try your enb
