Ok... This is new kind of stuff.
How is it an LSPD car? Nothing is changed except the seal which got changed from merryweather to the Los santos city seal.
And why would LSPD use a vehicle without any lights or indications it belongs to them? Looks more like another security company rather than LSPD.

You're other textures have some potential on the right vehicles, but this isn't it chief. Slapping the City of Los Santos seal doesn't make it a Law Enforcement Vehicle, you're slowly getting to semi-lore, textures, you just have to use the right models and textures accordingly.
