Update 3: Fixed up OCB a little bit to look more like the other mods I put out recently. This is for people who don't want to play as B's/P's & C's. Added a black t shirt, two purple shirts (one dark purple, one is a lighter purple) There's also a white t-shirt but it was already there :P Added tattoos. Removed logos on varsity jackets and made them look cleaner.
P.S. I am dogshit at taking pics so bear with me on them.
Fix: Found a fix for an annoying pants bug that I didn't see until now ;_; While I was at it, I readded the white sneakers.
Update 2: Added Southside Ballas and got rid of their logos and replaced their pants. Changed colors of two of their hoodies. Removed all logos on their tank tops and hoodies. Fixed Readme. Please read it. Follow the instructions please or it won't work ingame most likely.
Update 1:
This mod simply is a slight retexture of what members of "Original Covenant Ballas" wear. I did the following:
- Removed all logos on the shirts of Original Covenant Ballas clothes. Giving them plain white t-shirts. I left the logos on their back because for some reason they don't bother me as much.
- Replaced their pants with some I found in Franklin's wardrobe (you can see which ones on the pic)
- Switched a pair of shoes around
I will try to edit and retexture more when we can properly edit character models.
Readme for installation is inside the archive, couldn't fit everything here.
Future Updates:-Whenever we can edit ped models fully, I will try getting rid of those awful varsity jackets & bandanas from the head of gang members (what is this, the 90s?)
-Get rid of that cross chain.
And more I can't think of atm.
P.S. I am dogshit at taking pics so bear with me on them.

@WestsideOutlaw187 Eyo cuz, I miss yo mods doah, are some new ones on the way?
@Jridah Yep. Just deciding what finishing touches to put on em.
@WestsideOutlaw187 Aight lemme know man, check out some of mods if u got some time, id like your opinion
@WestsideOutlaw187 btw could u change clothes on peds? Is that possible? Got some nice ideas and I could help you wit it
@Jridah Your gun mods are real nice, especially the Mac 10 and Mac 11. But, with the peds clothes, I could change it but it all really depends on what they're wearing.
@WestsideOutlaw187 Thanks man! Ok ill message you tomorrow wit some ideas and we can look if thats possible
@Jridah I think I misread what you said earlier a little. I can't exactly change the clothes but some type of retexture would be possible.
@WestsideOutlaw187 Aah ok
DOnt get rid of the jackets thats a cali style not a 90s thing lol
@MrK I meant how they made all the gangs wear bandannas mostly it reminds me of the 90s gangbangers. Varsity Jackets don't really bother me that much brah as I own some irl but I used to think they looked goofy on gang members in the game so I wanted to change em one point of time but it's alright now though.
@WestsideOutlaw187 yeah i feel that bandannas are rare now adays. what would be dope is some different hats for the bangers, like a sox, and raiders hat you feel me
@MrK Yep, i feel u on that. I have their hats like that on the Bloods, Pirus and Crips mods I put out. Check em' out if you haven't.
Your textures are dope af rockstar suck at making gangs
and what happened? You were not going to put bandanas
Why are the locations different in the OCB readme file and the Southside readme file? The game crashes on the mission "The Long Stretch" when using the location (which is incomplete, btw, see below) located in the Southside readme. I don't know much, but it seems like the file belongs in the same location in the OCB readme. I tested one mod at a time until I narrowed it down to this mod. If you install the Southside texture to the (incomplete) location in the Southside readme, patchday3ng location, the game will crash when the wanted level is about to clear on the mission "The Long Stretch." Putting the backup file back in immediately fixes it. Just an FYI. I can't believe this isn't mentioned. The Southside readme says: "Make a copy of your update folder and put it into your mods folder.
5. Find your x64 folder and look for dlcpacks folder and patchday3ng. Open the rpf with OpenIV and look for models << cdimages << patchday3ng.rpf and open that.
6. Look for g_m_y_ballasout_01.ytd and right click and hit replace to replace it with the file I have provided you."
The obvious flaw in these instructions is that when you open dlc.rpf (the ONLY rpf in patchday3ng folder), those files are NOT there, you would still have to go deeper in dlc.rpf to x64/models/cdimages/patchday3ng.rpf to find where g_m_y_ballasout.ytd would be located.
The OCB location from the readme is "Open up x64v.rpf with OpenIV and look for models << cdimages and open up componetpeds_g_m_y.rpf
5. Look for g_m_y_ballaorig_01.ytd. Right click it and hit replace to replace it with the file I have provided you."
If you look at this location, g_m_y_ballasout_01.ytd is located here, as well. This should be the correct location to use. If you are finished with storymode, you may never even know this happens, as I was previously playing in the open world and never crashed from it. But if you go to play storymode, you will know something is wrong immediately. I have no idea WHY this file is even called upon at the END of that mission. It's when you get to the car to flee, it will either crash there or crash as you are escaping, wanted level begins blinking and is about to clear, then boom, crash. Hopefully if anybody else is going through their mods trying to find the issue, this can help or at least be a start.
@xvy361 Bruh this mod is so old lmao it came out when the OpenIV team had just implemented the mods folder method that keeps all your original .rpfs out of the mods folder intact. To my knowledge, the SSB have ALWAYS been in the patchday3ng.rpf while ESB and OCB have always been in the x64v.rpf. If I stated otherwise in the readme my fault. Again, this mod is really old. I put this out like a month after GTA V came out on PC in like 2014. Also, I never ever had one single problem with my game crashing because of any skin mods I put out unless they were corrupted. Yeah though, if my instructions were not complete my bad it was my first mod and I usually upload them late asf at like 3 am so yeah there's a chance I might have fucked up.
Is there a way to revert it back to the normal vanilla models?
What is the mods used for graphics in the 2nd picture, a little blue.
oiv please
@Troublesome96 man ik this mod is old af but my game always crash when i put the southside ballas ones there and its fixed when i put back the original there like is there any fixes or am i just gonna stay here and watch how much the gang sucks
