Removes the backup driveby spawns from LSLife
LSLife is one of the best mods out there but I always hated the amount of backup that would spawn when you killed a rival dealer - this mod puts a stop to that by capping the spawned driveby peds and vehicles to 1 or 0
Credit to mcal9909 for LSLife - I found the source code online and created this script to essentially block/delete the driveby backup peds and vehicles.

hey, since you have the source code, can you work on getting LS Life to work in LCPP? I think it used to work on other iterations of LC mods prior to LCPP (Liberty City Rewind & Redux), so it seems very possible.
