It is definitely the popcycle.dat which is having huge number of spawn groups changes as well, can you suggest safer number for that as well?
@Venator tried VehicleStreamRender -> 270 back to 170 or even 100 and VehicleStreamRequest -> down to 110 or even 60, also lowered down vehicle count in popcycle.dat, not sure why this is not getting fixed

Nope, those were just something I saw. So fixed it. Give credits(lmao)
Also, I have a pretty powerful pc(5080, 7800x3d) gameconfig definitely being altered heavily can be the cause, but the errors only start appearing after I replace popcycle or popgroups files. What exactly could be the issue?
I have the following mods installed:
Mapfixes
Bugstar fixes
Gen7RestoredAssets
MapUpdates
ImprovedGrassDithering
BetaMapRestoration
and other asi mods, like heap adjuster(set to 10000), fwBoxStreamer+decalspatch(enhanced), packfileadjuster and so on.
following errors in the popgroups.ymt
raidus - delete, because radi already exists
zerusso -> zorrusso
luisa -> luiva
Cinquemila -> cinquemila
@Venator Update: it is the mod itself that is causing this issue, not sure why. The characters, vehicles all flicker, is it the gameconfig?
@Venator hi, upon using the optional files there is a weird shadow flickering effect beneath the cars. Any idea how to fix that? im on enhanced version
@Alex106 I tried the content.xml from pastebin, no crashes so far, seems like the one package you commented is causing that.
