When you see the whole hospital building displayed as LOD or fall out of the map after entering the building, please check whether your game version is the latest?
The game version is not up to date. The solution is as follows:,
Follow this path: Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\phmc\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\_citye\downtown_01\dt1_06.rpf\Finding and deleting all file modules with the suffix. ymap will run, but there will still be some small bugs.
If the above methods fail to solve your problem, please leave a message in the comment area and I will try my best to help you solve it. It's not easy to create. Don't give bad comments

1 Put the phmc file into Grand Theft Auto V/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks
2 Open openiv into edit mode, open the path Grand Theft Auto V/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data
Find the dlclist .xml file and add the code dlcpacks:/phmc/
Known bugs
1The newly added rooms are unfraved and the doors are locked
2Some of the tracts have a slight tremor
3npc could not find the correct exit
4There was a problem with the side door of the hospital
5Stretcher car through the mold
This is my frist work so it will be have many insufficient

For all those who are on LSPDFR you have to go to lspdfr.ini and put disable Multplayermap = true
Otherwise you will pass through the textures

would love to use this but it doesnt work on fivem latest version... loads some of the assets but doesnt load the majority of them and the floor isnt solid on the pars it does load

@JinHongyu4 - I Found That If You Disable "Hospital Destroyed' From 'Enable All Interiors-INI" Your Mod Works Perfect Along With It . . . . .Before i used it as a seperate MLO but i Got It To Work ALong With My Other Mods
Hi, I cant see the mlo on the 1. floor, and there is holes in the side of building, some signs spawn in stairs outside. And in zero floor, I cant enter one side of door.
