Is it a mod that adds that effect to any vehicle? or have to add manually?

@SemKill It is a manual install per-car as suggested by the readme, No real way to make it global (and that would break stuff)

Nice. Good stuff. I never liked base gta car sounds to whichever models they suggested for initially for the base game. I really dig deceleration crackle of komoda, kanjo and virgo.

@RemixPL1994 and to everyone else asking, it's long been deprecated as this is a bit too hacky of a way to do this (learned a lot in 2.5 years), i just forgot to tag it as such.
