This mod comes with recreated cutscene sound files and transcripts of the audio files:

I removed all voices and recreated all sound effects, so you can create your own dubs (voice-overs) of the game.
Simply record your voice and use my cutscene sound files as the backing sound to translate GTA V into your native language or create an awesome inGameParody of GTA V. Be creative!
Please do not reupload this mod. You may share it, but always mention me.

How much you will need to recreate all cutscenes ?
@stefan_menjac Thanks! :-) I don't know. I'll try to do one cutscene per day. I'm also developing a program called OpenRW (OpenIV for SanAndreas, ViceCity and III), so I can't put ALL MY TIME in this mod :-)
@reditec are there already pre made voice or is this just translate and make my own voices for the game?
@mvp42699 These are only sound effect audio files. Listen to the original cutscene audio file and place the new voices at the old positions. :-)
