confirmed, v1.01 crashes on loading, probably the occlusion and rel stuff
when I create my own dlc for SP I can use the MLO just fine, but without the audio and its occusion
the scenario I just dropped in mods-update.rpf itself so it loads

interesting, my only peeve would be you chose to name dll and ini exactly same as Jitnaught's

shame it overlaps with the Friedlanders MLOs by SLB2K11 and Bamboozled
that also use sm_27_build2.ydr to open up Friedlanders apartment

noticed in your SP dlc.rpf you have kept the hei_ that are only used for MP Maps / FiveM not on SP
and also noticed when inside the outside world flickers meaning you have portal issues
