The ex sanders motorcycle shop is now Sanders Motors. I wanted it to look as vanilla as possible. It was going to be a BMW / Mini dealership, but in the end I thought it would be more versatile if people could use and decorate it to their taste.
Features: Two showrooms, Huge workshop space plus a further separate showroom/storage area. Office, staff room and loos.
Custom doors with sound
Custom Lighting
Apart from the loos all other rooms are left unfurnished for the user to furnish how they desire. I might release it as branded car dealerships in the future if there is any demand. Please see screenshots for a taster.

i like it. would be nice if you added a desk near the main doors because i have no idea how to do it
@drlq99 Look at Menyoo. Its a great add on where you can add items anywhere in the game.
Its really good but we need a few things like desks, chairs and tables for customers and some lifts in the workshop area!
@peterbot Unfortunately, this crashes the game with an 'infinite load'. Error message said it's a 'Scripthook Error'. I checked both the SHV and SHV.net logs just to be sure and there was no clear point of the crash. When I took the mod's line out of the dlclist, the game started working again. Took a look into the mod's metadata and didn't see anything that usually conflicts with SP. Might be a conflict with 'mappatches' as it was the last entry on the SHV.net log. Anyway, just wanted to let you know.

@harithd I am making it a Range Rover dealership with props for my own use, so maybe will upload that when finished.
One of the best Sanders Motors, but there is a small invisible wall inside the "Staff Only" room
Much appricate the work. Have noticed you have to basically run into the roller garage door for it to open and if you run in the right side of it you can fall through the map. Would appreciate a finished off version in the future with all objects.
@peterbot Hi, when i add props via menyoo, they disappear and re-appear randomly? any ideas?
Is this MLO compatible with Codewalker so that you can fill it with Props? because I tried it and 1. the shell disappears in different places and 2. the props are not taken over
