Small little update to map from Freeziic.

Added in some better aged textures with instanced grass/V vegetation, sadly adding a LOD parent to these amounts of trees only slowed the game down more, hence it being let out.
Install on singleplayer:
- Extract mods folder to gta v folder
- Add dlcpacks:/OkutamaFZC/ to dlclist.xml
To install Minimap on singleplayer
- Copy x64e.rpf to mods folder
- place minimap from zip to /mods/x6e,rpf/levels/gta5/minimap.rpf

Im running into some problems, The map works the minimap works. Does anyone have a clue why this map is "floating" above the sea?
